Our history


1932

It all started in Camon, when Pierre Brousse, an artisan coachbuilder, started to build these first cars on a simple wooden frame. Subsequently, his son Jean-Jacques Brousse joined the adventure and was the precursor of motorhomes by building the first trucks. Convinced by the emergence of leisure in France, and even before the birth of paid holidays, it is the spirit of the visionary that will mark the beginning of this great adventure that continues today.

1946

Builders, in 1946, Pierre and Jean-Jacques Brousse build the first leisure vehicles that will mark the history of the company. Since then, many developments have marked the company that thrives and develops over the years.

1963

In the 60s, Jean-Jacques Brousse settled in Amiens to become JJ Brousse Amiens Caravans. Always in search of newness and performance, Jean-Jacques Brousse created his first model which was a revolution in the world of the caravan

2002

Martine Brousse and her husband Jean Bernard Ossart who took over the torch and continue the development of this beautiful company. The best brands, accompanied by the best services, are still distributed today at Brousse Loisirs.
